We do not enter or collect data on our website. It is available purely for browsing or if someone wishes to contact us via email.

How do we protect your information?
Following the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (25/05/2018), this is to confirm that IPCB has the following client details stored, where relevant: - Contact names, postal addresses, invoice details, email addresses, telephone numbers, order numbers and VAT numbers. This is to facilitate in the billing and processing of payments. Any client can demand to see the information IPCB holds on them and can request to amend these details at any time.

Payment records are stored to tally with HMRC requirements. Otherwise, apart from our accountants, no access is given to third parties.

We try to use all commercially acceptable means to protect your information, including the use of firewalls and anti-virus software. Also, we do not log personal data via cookies and bank details are not electronically filed as we do not accept payment by credit or debit card. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. As a result, IPCB cannot in every case guarantee the security of information transmitted to us. Therefore you do so at your own risk.
